Walk-In Tubs

Replaces a standard tub with a safe, accessible walk-in bath designed to reduce fall risk and accommodate a range of mobility needs.

For homeowners who find a conventional bathtub difficult or unsafe to use, California Energy Contractors offers American Tubs walk-in bathtubs in three models to suit different body types, bathroom sizes, and mobility requirements. All models share marine-grade fiberglass construction in a one-piece stainless steel frame with a triple gel coat finish, and each includes core safety features such as non-slip flooring, a low-threshold entryway, ADA-compliant seating, a watertight vinyl door seal, and safety grab bars. Optional therapy systems — including hydromassage and air massage — and luxury upgrades are available across the line, and products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The Standard Series is the traditional model, sized for bathers weighing between 90 and 200 lbs, and suits most full-size bathrooms. Homeowners with a smaller bathroom or a petite build may prefer the Compact Series, a mini tub designed for three-quarter-size bathrooms and users between 70 and 120 lbs. For wheelchair users, the Wheelchair Series features an outward-swinging S-shaped door and an ADA-compliant layout that simplifies entry and exit from a wheelchair, while sharing the same construction and optional features as the other models.
